Partnering with Heart Forward

Partners For Hope is partnering with Heart Forward in their work on PATH programs that focus on permanent supportive housing such as Villas at Gower.

Villas at Gower is home for over 125 individuals and families who have experienced homelessness and have qualifying disabilities. 35 of these units are reserved for tenants who are MHSA (Mental Health Services Act) certified by the Department of Mental Health. The construction of Villas at Gower was the result of a large-scale community effort by the faith community to end homelessness in the Hollywood community.

Partners for Hope recently met with Hear Forward Executive Director Kerry Morrison and observed first hand how the positive impact of their programs on the Villas at Gower residents. We look forward to working with them and providing much needed resources to aid in their efforts.
